  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
  • If unforeseen issues arise during the performance of services (such as hidden wiring defects or structural challenges), we will discuss any adjustments to the scope and cost with you before proceeding.

3. Payments and Billing

Payment terms are specified on our invoices:

  • Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due immediately upon completion of the work.
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and direct bank transfers.
  • Ownership of all parts and equipment supplied remains with LDS Air & Electrical until full payment has been received.

4. Warranties and Liability

We stand by the quality of our workmanship:

  • We provide a lifetime workmanship guarantee on all installations.
  • Equipment and parts supplied (such as air conditioning units, safety switches, and lights) are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the re-performance of services or the cost of repairing the specific work performed.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and efficient service, customers are responsible for:

  • Providing safe access to the property, electrical panels, and work areas.
  • Obtaining necessary permissions or body corporate approvals if required.
  • Ensuring the work area is clear of hazards, pets, and personal belongings.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Victoria.
